Day 6 of the Chloe ting 2019 two week challenge done! I definitely feel much better and it's much easier to do these exercises now. I am doing so well! But right now I want to switch to less calorie dense foods. I have substituted rice for cauliflower rice but right now I need other alternatives. Please help!
