Got in two bottles of water today. Had an intensive workout with the Physical Therapist. I did not get in all the walking I wanted to, though: only 2.5 miles. I have TIME before midnight to get up to the 4-mile mark, but knee pain is about a 5, so I’m trying, as the therapist strongly urged me, not to overdo it. Tomorrow’s a new day! I woke up at 8:30 and unloaded the dishwasher, REloaded it, made a gallon of sweet tea for my husband and grand daughter (I’m not tempted at all by that, since I’m so addicted to Diet Coke). Just put Voltaren 2.32% cream on my knee (around the scar wrap, but not directly on the scar). Everything is laid out for my morning oatmeal. No BM for two days, so hope that helps tomorrow. Calories were in the 1,900’s today, but overall for the week, they’re still pretty good. Gotta stick to the plan!

I know, I know, YOH. Just have a really hard time expending 190-200 calories on a 20 gram Protein Bar I don’t really want. I DID buy more at BJ’s yesterday, though, so that’s good. I’ll try to do better 2m0. Weight will be up because no bowel movement yesterday or today. Started taking 1/2 Glycopyrrolate again, because it keeps my nose from running continually. Added 1 stool softener when I reintroduced it, but upped it to two stool softeners today. Maybe that will help.

Dump the crime brûlée my love and replace with protein shake or protein bar or 3.5 oz of canned chicken (Costco). Make yourself do it darlin. You are sooooo frigging close to 170’s. You will thank yourself. Your body will heal faster. Im living proof😂

Thanks for the encouragement, YOH. I stayed up too long, and now I’m eating 1/2 cup Honey Nut Cheerios with a small banana and 1/4 cup of milk. Had 7 or 8 cans of Diet Coke today! I lost count. So many things out of control in my life! Next week, I’m going to try to increase walking to 5 miles a day - at least I’ll be burning off some of these empty calories! On a lighter note, did you notice you said CRIME Brûlée. That’s what my daughter calls arson. She just made an embroidered piece that says, “Arson? No Crime Brûlée.” Her next one will probably say, “If at first you don’t succeed, it’s only ATTEMPTED murder.” She loves true crime shows! Ok, been up THREE hours now! Going back to bed for another 6-1/2 hours before o eat anything else! These nights are really sabotaging me!
