First day of my egg diet! Breakfast - 2 Boiled eggs and 1 cup of green tea.

I have always wanted to reduce but being a foodie just never allowed me to go on a diet and set myself a chart. But today being at level 1 of obesity, i figured out it's time that I start taking some action and go back to my weight 3 years ago. Am currently 88kgs and my goal is to achieve 55kg. I don't know how long would it take. But will power can make anything possible and am going to try my best towards my goal. Hopefully calorie counter helps me keep tabs of my diet and reach my goal. Hello to everyone reading this right now. Feels good to be a part of this community. All the best to all of you☺
