Not happy with this slight increase......but at least it's below the weight I had when I started IF......and since today was a fasting day too, I should jump back down when I check tomorrow!

Wow, I totally pigged out on purpose yesterday to see how much I would gain after eating heavy following 1 day of fasting......and it was 0.1kg on scale! Basically zero! The only 'workout' im currently doing in 30 mins of walking in the evening.....

Awesome.......just eating a masala dosa for breakfast and drinking a banana milkshake at night reduced my weight by 0.7 in one day......Fasting(even light) helps and since I will be doing fasting twice a week only, that should be healthy....since my goal is maintenance, i dont mind if I regain this weight before my next fast which will be on Mon....
