I stopped eating egg and meat as I found it’s not helping in weight loss. After stopping to eat non-veg I could see difference in weight

@akshay take 6white in a utensil then add carrot,spinach,lettuce and capsicum then pore it on non stick pan and cook for 2mins and ur omelette is ready ps:dont use oil

@honey2016 egg and meat is good source of protein.if you are working on weight loss then you have to increase your protein intake and lower the carbohydrate intake in your food and of course a caloric deficit diet. If you need more information i can give you a proper diet plan.
