JSiddique - These exercises are best for muscle building and fat loss both. It all depends on your daily calorie intake.

Capri_111 - Ratio doesn't matter. While calculating, calculate your protein first i.e. around 2x to 2.5x gram per kg of body weight. Then go for calculating fat. Around 50-70g a day. And then rest of the calories for Carbs. If you have any issue in calculating, feel free to ping on insta or fb @rupeshgonte

How much protein and fat should be eaten on keto diet?

@Aashu - For Keto, you should have high protein, fats, and low carbs. Keep carbs around 30grams( don't exceed 30), then set the proteins as 2g per kg of body weight to avoid strength and muscle loss (if you are 60 kgs, then set proteins 120grams) Finally divide the rest of the calories for fats.
