Thank you for your interest! I will see if I can find it in the store in the next couple of days again. (It was a first time buy and I didnt notice) But it was 140 cal. Really any kind lower in calories should be good, but I kind of feel the same way as you..prefer it over pork or beef if we're gonna eat meat.

hi Cherylh1, okay, my bad, they are chicken and pork shavings, ha ha. and they have many flavors. very fatty, but satisfying. Just once in a while, ha ha ha..like once a day!

A little indulgence once in a while helps us to stay the course over the long haul. Deprivation diets do not work. In my opinion anyway 😁
