250 cal = greens, 1/4 cup each pineaple 20 cal, same for avocado 50 cal. 1/2 cup imitation crab meat at 80 cal. 1 small roma tomato 22, half ear corn 59 cal. And balsamic vinegar. Not sure if I forgot anything else. Of course I ate 100 cal. Of cheezies after!
