Sure, for this one keep your green moong in lot of water for 2 days on kitchen counter. Once they get sprouts u r ready to cook them. Give normal tadka in bare minimum oil and put in lot of veggies or else only onion with peeled and chopped potato that works too. Once it’s cooked properly for 2 minutes closed lid vessel, put in sprouts mix properly and again close lid and keep for 5 mins. Switch off the gas, stir the pan again close the lid and keep for 15 mins. Sprouts are ready 😃

Don’t forget to add spices (pepper, mirchi, turmeric, garam masala, garlic ginger paste) while tadka with mustard and cumin.
