पहले 300 ML पानी लो उसमे 40 G Oats उबाल लो गैस बंद करके फेर उसमे10 G almond, 10 gWalnuts ,1 Scop Why Protein, flex seed, and chia seed or low fat milk 50 ja 100ml and all item mix eat.
