Low carb diet plus workout will do. Ensure that you burn more calories than you take in. And be consistent. That will definitely help you loose those extra kgs. 😊😊

Nahi.. me aise koi green tea nahi peethi hu. Bas aap ek bath dhyan par rakhiye.. aap jithne calorie khathi ho us se zyada apko burn karna he.
