hey how many calories does the meal stand for?

160- 2 chapatis 100- 1/2 cup or 1 small katori dal 25- 1/4 cup cooked cabbage with minimal or no oil 10- 1/2 tbsp mint chutney All in all l, the meal comes up to approx 295 calories.

You can add ghee to your diet. Its a source of healty fats
