💁🏻‍♀️Chloe Ting workouts actually work!!
Its been a week+ only n i lost 1kg.
Though i just want to reduce lil belly fat n gain healthy weight😅with daily workout routine(needs stronger motivation😂)
Not sure whether only belly is shrinking or im reducing overall.Will update after few weeks✌🏻
im not following any strict diet just cutting carbs n adding proteins n healthy fats with sm cheat meals😋#foodaholic👩🏻‍🍳

yupp... I also work out Chole Thing… and follow a diet which means that I take less calories .. This has not reduced my weight but has reduced the inches. And i am very happy

Thats true Af that Chloe Ting workouts really work. Lost more than 6 kgs in 2 months and around 3 inches from my waist. She is love❤

Congo on ur weight loss. And yes, those workouts help in strengthening your core that means toning your muscles which in turn helps in burning those calories.

hey hello.. you need not to cut carbs.. carbs+proteins+fats everything is needed for body functioning.. If you cut carbs you will loose weight this is because of water content in your body and of course you will loose muscle... As you are doing chloe ting exercises you can reduce the weight by eating carbs too.. Eat healthily and save your health👍

Yesterday late evening i did try Chloe’s workout for abs and another one for fat burning for the 1st time ever. Thanks ya ☺️ It did feel good. Going to continue her for this entire week
