Tried overnight oats for the first time.....

Okayish recipe🙂


Started my weight loss journey from 13 January 2020....lost around 23 kgs in 5 months. Happy with my progress😊...........but let's not jinx it 🤞🏼there's still a long way to go.

Thanks😊 I have just limited my calorie intake....no junk food, no refined sugar, no food that has little nutritional value. Other than this, I am eating 3 full home cooked meals everyday. But I do have my cheat meals once in a week or two. For workouts, I have been following 'team body project' beginner workouts everyday....recently I have started doing 'walk at home' videos and 'Roberta's gym' videos. Those were really effective for me... you could give them a try once.👍🏻

I am following a calorie deficit diet... all home cooked meals with minimal or no oil, cut down on the junk foods, refined and added sugar, fried food, processed food as much as you can. I take 3 meals in a day, and milk before bed time if my daily calorie count allows it. For workouts, I was earlier doing 30 minutes light cardio to ease out my body into the routine. For the last 1 month or so, I have started doing a 45-60 minutes exercise, along with some on-spot walking. I was and still am really out of shape, so mostly focus on beginner level exercises. You can try 'team body project' workouts, also for walking you can follow 'Leslie sansone' you tube videos. I hope this helped you.😊 All the best for your journey👍🏻

Lost 7 kgs in the last 48 days.. Breakfast- Regular + Milk Lunch- Roti + Pulses + Veg + curd Evening- 15 grm tofu + 1 fruit Workout- 5 Kms Run (at times 5.5 Kms depends on stamina) and few floor exercises Dinner- Curd or milk + oats + 1 fruit No sugar/sweets, no fried food, no rice, no cheese - In short no junk Royal Cheat Meals- Once or twice in a week Cheers!

@ pranjal123 , complete 3 full meals everyday. Breakfast- 2 brown bread with tomato, onion filling and 1/2 slice of cheese. + 1/2 cup milk Or Besan cheela + milk or tea Lunch- 2 whole wheat chapati without oil/ghee + 1/2 cup dal or 1/2 cup subji and salad. Dinner- 2 whole wheat chapati with subji or dal and 1/2 cup curd. Before bedtime- 1/2 cup milk with or without sugar. This is my regular routine, with a cheat meal once in a week.

Yeah, also during cheat too I keep in mind the calories that I am consuming by controlling the portions.
