150 cal- egg whites 1/3 c. 45, 1/2 bread 50 cal, 1/4 c. mushrooms 12 cal, 4 ch. tomatoes 12 cal , 1/4 pepp. stick 35 cal. makes enough for 1 whole piece of toast.
