Knead 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour with yeast, and leave to rise for 1-2 hours. Chop 1 small tomato, onion And capsicum, add 1 tbs curd to form a mixture. Roll the dough into circular shape and cook slightly on pan like a chapati. Spread the mixture, and sprinkle with little mozzarella cheese and spices. Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes.

Hello ma'am how are you ma'am the suggestions you have given it really works for me but one thing I want to ask to you that Kan mein roti ki jagh serving of 1 cup rice kha sakti hun because I don't love chapti kabhi kabhi chapatis mein prefer krugi, kya ya wait increase kar dega...thanku mam for supporting me...I hope u will help me until and unless I do not reach to my goal...I hope I will get my reply faster

Hey niharika🙂 I am doing fine. Thanks for asking. I am glad that my suggestions worked for you. And yes, you can have 1 cup rice instead of rotis. The calories of the two are more or less same. The thing is that rice has more carbs, but multigrain rotis have some proteins too, also I don't prefer rice as it makes me hungry after 1-2 hours. But if you prefer rice, it's okay. You could add some low fat curd with it to increase the amount of protein. Good luck👍🏻😊
