This is my transformation from my heaviest till today🙂. Can't believe that a lazy person like me could do this much🙈. Half of the 'healthy me' journey conquered, much more to go🤞🏻

@shreddedansh, I do have loose skin on back of my arms and upper belly. But let's face it, it's one of the major disadvantages of weight loss in obese people. We tend to get lots and lots of hanging jiggly mass everywhere.🤣 But I have started a little toning exercises. Let's see if it works.

8000 steps and half an hour of HIIT in the evening. I have just started Chloe ting 2 weeks shred challenge. Let's see if that works.🙂

Hi it's good and amazing could you please help me some diet plans as I started 3 weeks back with 103.5kg reduced 2.5 from last 25 days.need to loose some more weight as I am heavy rice eater.walking around 5-6kms daily from last 25 days

Hey @cnucheedalla, walking daily is the best activity you could do, but try to increase the intensity. Like I complete my 8000 steps in approx. 65-70 minutes. Earlier my focus was merely on number of steps. But now I try to complete them in a limited time. More the intensity more the calories you burn. Also apart from exercise, you should modify your diet to calorie deficit. Try to limit junk food and sweets consumption as these only add empty calories. Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. So first you need to focus on that. You can eat anything you like but in a controlled portion. The main thing is that your body should be in calorie deficit. All the best for your journey👍🏻🙂

Thanks krithika for replying.i am able to complet 5 kms in 62-63 mins with 4.8kms speed/hr.reduced only 3 kgs in 1 month I thought it's because of rice taking.i am eating same food what I was used to eat but cutbdown the 25% .any idea jeera pani .I am diabetic also
