Had a yummy dinner from 'Healthy chef'. Grilled cottage cheese with brown rice & sautéed veggies and skim milk cold coffee😋Whole meal accounted to 600 calories. It's very high for a single meal but as I skipped my lunch today, it balanced out😜🙈.

Had been doing Chloe ting 2 week challenge, but not feeling good since a week, so couldn't complete week 2 😔
