Too many fruits also add to calories

@christina fruits are low in calories and high in fibre. So they support weight loss to a great extent. Some amazing weight loss fruits can be seen in the photo. Fruits that must be eaten for weight loss are: apples, kiwi, avocado, berries, banana, oranges and melons.
