Mixed veg paratha with milk for breakfast.🙂

Friends, I need your help. I have reduced around 40 kgs since January but still there is fat around my belly and upper arms. Please, give me suggestions for how to tone muscles and reduce that subcutaneous fat.

I am also suffering problem for Long Time but now I'm doing cloe Ting exercise of arm and abs and I Saw change in me you can also try these

I had tried Chloe ting workouts earlier, but they were a bit hard on my upper body. But that was when I was around 85 kgs. I think now I would be able to perform better in those workouts. Thanks for suggestion🙂🙂

Wow great. Dear think positively.you lost 40 kg weight by healthy way. Try push up and planks. For stomach try hanamilly work out. Dear pl share me your diet plan. Daily you counted calories?you tried intermittent fasting during past 10 months?You totally avoided sugar and oil from diet?pl I'm confused about diet.and one more thing I'm vegetarian eating only egg .pl suggest me about diet. Thanks.

Thank you @2002peaches and &doitnow18🙂. I didn't do intermittent fasting or any hard diets, but yeah I watched over the calories that I was having. My body was in continuous calories deficit state. I was eating normal homemade meals but with controlled portions. However, I didn't consume appropriate macros, as it was generally high in carbs and low in proteins. Being a vegetarian generally doesn't give too many options for proteins. For workouts, I started with light cardio exercises and moved on to intermediate training with HIIT and circuit training. But now I feel like I should focus more on body toning rather than weight loss, as there are ounces of fat which should be not there😂😜

wow congrats , i want to lose 25 kg, I can see really awkward fat muscle on my body , i want to get rid of it.. now I doing Chloe tings workout, it's actually the best workout over there, I'm also focusing on my calorie intake..But can you tell us how much calories u used to take a day approximately..i really wanted to know how much calorie I should take a day.

There's no way to lose fat in one specific area ( like abs or arms ). Getting your heart rate up to the fat burning zone should help you lose fat all over your body. I would recommend learning dances to songs you enjoy :) it's a fun way to get your workout and learn something new. There are many dance tutorials on YouTube- so you can learn from there. *You can look up online for your specific body measurements, what the fat burning bpm is* Hope this is helpful :)

use honey 1 tbsp in boil water in morning
