I was on low carb diet..
Major changes in diet are..
1. Use stevia(plant base sugar 0 calories) instead sugar. Specially in tea or coffee.
2. Cut down roti and rice completely..
3. Was having chicken or fish or mutton and egg with broccoli..
4. 35gm almond, two protein shake daily morning and evening on workout days.
5. Working out for 4-5 days in a week..
6.after routine workout 10 min for abs..(check video on you tube really effective),no running as i dont want to loose muscle.
7.imp is to buy food scale machine,and weight your food.
8.😜every sunday used to have full chicken/mutton biryani🥰..and was eating things which tempted me in between.
i guess list is getting bigger but once it comes in routine it won't be difficult..
