I have doubt with this app.. today I consumed only 341 cal out of which 74g is carb.. my carb goal shows 250g.. and it display 83% in red.. did I consume more?

I suggest before eating you make the meal enlisted here and you'll get the actual calories u are consuming.. some time packed products contains more calories than written in the package

all starchy vegetable and fruit have carbs that app consider all dear meaning carbs not is pure carb like rice , breads and grains. for example banan is full of carb.

the best solution for you is increasing vegetable protein like soy paneer tofu, soy milk, quinoa and many others in your daily diet.be healthy and happy 🥰🙋🏽‍♀️

Oh I'm a ordinary person that through all lose weight journey. I want support people like me. I'm not expertise just share my experience in same situation. It's awesome to hearing helping you dear. Ps. All dad's acts come from infinit love for their daughter, you can balance your diet with your dad meals😉😁✌🏼👍🏼🥕🙋🏽‍♀️ I love my dad so much♥️💖.

@AI I was wondering if I eat normal 3 time meal.. And burn my calories more than i ate... Is it ok? Will i loose weight.. Because I'm a foodie.. Nd not more than 4 days I'm able to control.. I just had 3 til k ladoo.. Though they are known for weight loss at it burn fat and tones body😅😅

The percentage is not about your carb goal. The percentage tells you what part of the food you consumed is carbs.

woah 83 percent carbs doesn't mean you ate more carbs it means your protein and fat intake is very less. while losing fat your protein intake must be atleast 20%. I'm eating 195g carbs 😂 and still losing fat. it's all about calorie deficit and good protein intake and sleep. that's it, keep your protein intake b/w 1.8-2.2g per kg of body weight
