I see carbs..... I yeet 😅 Its really tough to maintain carbs under 35g... while taking a 1600 cal diet ... 😅 *having a tough time*

Haha.. I only consume 500 cal max per day.. Mostly it's under 500.. Well.. In this protein is there too.. Beans peas carrot all those gives protein 😅😅

what the bull shit....have u gone crazy???... listen...go for a -300 to -400kcal than your BMR...and do exercise....so 600 to 700 kcal deficit is also very high deficit...only those people having more than 45%body fat are recommended to have 1200 cal only diet under medical practitioner....and you...really...its tremendous....20:4 IF diet if you want to fast but be sure that you are never go for less than 400cal than your BMR...

So true @med... Try Zigzag calorie cycle (idk her maintainence cal.) so.. cut 25 - 30% at max!! I wasn't saying 1200 cal. is ideal.. I meant if she cuts below that.. she might be hospitalized... within a week or so.

500 cal per day is not a good idea. You can keep a 200-300 calorie DEFICIT from your daily cal requirement.

@bulba @med @enryux ok ok i get it.. I'm not supposed to have less than 500 cal per day.. Damn😅😅 guess I have been going all wrong through 🤦‍♀️.. I will make sure to eat at least 700-800 cal per day and exercise too.. I burn 700 cal per day for sure.. So that would do the trick ryt? U ppl r soo amazing and sweet 🙈🙈

@medjoy.. yup.. for almost 5/6 days now...( net carb around 25 - 30g... Filling it with leafy veggies, broccoli etc ).. & maintaining an av. of 1350 cal (zigzag between 1450 & 1250) .... (1700 is BMR) & have been doing weight training to preserve my muscles....... Keto flue stuck me pretty bad..xD (not kidding) ... Still.. m glad... I lost the water weight & have been loosing fats around the *cheek* ( yeyy.. imma get a jawline :p).. I can see my belly fat decreasing too... But yeah.. Will finish it for 90 days to see full results.... Neet 2021 is on the way.. wish me luck ♥️ #arigatou

@med....If I feel ki body is getting adopted.. I take one/two 1550 cal diet... & go back to my prev one the next day... Bengalis live on rice xD 😂 (facts) ..... Had my last rice in 23rd Jan.. iirc xD #will_miss_it poha..chiwda...fruits.. chapati... sweets.. cakes...potato ಥ_ಥ ... I miss em all...

@enuryx ... Great..keep it up bro...i don't follow that...i don't have any intention to cut carbs....just wanna simple fit life... nothing more...just wanna get an constant 15 to 18% body fat....

@sumo996..do you know to burn 700 cal how much exercise you hv to do...if you do that...i dont think your body will be ready for next day's exercise....do resistance training with some cardio...this will help to grow muscle...(muscle=myocytes cell) so as the number Of cell increases... they will consume ATP to stay alive..so overall your resting metabolism will get higher and you will lose fat ...but if you go for this kind of tremendous calorie deficit...after ketosis for some days,your body was forced to break the muscle to get energy..as ketone bodies can't be used as energy for a longer period...hence all your muscle will be destroyed..ie.number of cell(myocytes)decreases...hence Energy consumption decrease and excess food will be converted into fat...and you will break muscle and deposit fat..and become chubby...

@medjoy oh my god.. U have soo much knowledge.. To be frank nth went into my head😅😅 anyway now I'm having good amount of food and just 200-300 cal less than rdi.. And I'm doing chloe ting 2 week shred challenge
