5month loosing,1.5 month for gain,showing good results,thankyou all fat secret community for healty coverations,all achived by gym weight trainig,now i am planning to learn martial art as next step,what you guys suggest?any good institutes in india?

I'll say learn krav maga for streets coz your opponent won't follow rules which you get in other martial arts or in a ring, if you wish to fight in UFC , MMA or any other Cage match I'll say go for Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai combination one of the deadliest. I'm a district level kickboxer silver medal 🥈, and I know it's useless if you want to survive someone who's about to kill you or rob you.

anand my friend to learn any martial art is not that hard just pick one, which is easy like kickboxing, you can get it at any local training institute it's very common nowadays after you get experience of fighting (Lock,punche,kick & block) I'll suggest to fight in local MMA or underground cage fights that way you'll get experience of a real fight.

@manoj saini ..i was on low carb ,high fat and protein diet.diet plan i mentioned in my last month post brother..for mass gain started having carbs litter bit from fruit like apple ,dragon fruit and kiwi..

Mr.riku.. yes,4-5 days in week gym workout. @mr.india,- i reduced carb intake and replaced suger with stevia. For tea sply.
