Chana 25 gram +moong 25 gram ,curd 200 gram +jaggery(gur) 15 gram cucumber 1 full,half lemon spread on chana moong and half on salad

I would suggest you to add sprout Horse gram with moong. Why? Because Horse gram has highest Calcium content among pulses and one of the richest protein source in vegetarian. Protein 2x of Egg, Calcium 10x of Milk, Phosphorus 1x of Soya, along with has ample amount of Molybdenum , iron, B vitamins, anti oxidamts etc.

I don't know u believe in it Or not but in my family I can eat non veg only on mon, wed,fri can't eat on any other day that's why it's substitute is chana moong
