Guys as I mentioned earlier am on a strict diet reason being my sister's birthday 'cause I don't want that to ruin my progress so a week earlier am on a strict diet umm.. so I wanna know what else to do so that the party will not affect my progress and body cause this type of occasions always make me little worried please do tell☺️

well, tou can go with the flow for that day and then maintain as you were doing before. I will suggest that. One day won't kill your gains.
