update: so yeah I took a long break and now I've started my weight loss again :) thankfully I only gained less than a kg but I really want to reach my goal weight and be a healthy weight . anyways I don't count calories anymore it because it kinda makes me feel bad if I go over 1000 calories. now I'm just focused on eating heaalthy, exercising and cutting out sugars :)
