hey guys I need ur help my weight is constantly fluctuating between 57-59kgs and it won't go any less than 57kg no matter how hard I diet and exercise. I think I'm on a plateau right now. it would be appreciated if u guys have some tips and write them down in the comments 👇

Keto works always. Reduce carbohydrates to a minimum and eventually your fat will be burned up for energy

same here, I have made two recent changes in my approach which is looks like working - i have started counting calories using kitchen scale instead of cups/spoons - slightly more focus on eating daily protein level (35% of total intake) this has now stared my weight loss by 0.5 kg per 2 weeks FYI: i have lost 14 KG weight then got stuck for 4 months on same weight, but lost waist inches mean while

don't worry I have been there,the scale isn't a true measure of weight/fat loss track your progress by clicking pictures and also the way your clothes fit now than before,just don't quit stay consistent and results will show. all the best

Take 500 cal deficit diet daily. u will see the result in a week

just take 500 kcals less than usual, and add 30 to 45 mins more workout , add , cardio 4 to 5 times a week , and then see the results..! best of luck buddyy

drop your calories by 200 cals and add some different approach towards training for a week, and boom

you can change your diet menu and excercise module because of your body is trained same or daily same routine you can change diet and exercise only for 1 week your can see results it's happen with mee too

Give time sometimes it takes time.. follow a healthy diet do compound exercises..

add 30min cardio /walk/cycling/swimming etc. and try to eat clean

Follow healthy food with consistent timings BF@9, lunch@1, dinner@7, Drink 1 litre water per 20kg of ur weight, do move ur leg for atleast 30 mins, 7 hrs sleep ---------> with consistency, should help you!! try it out

your body has stopped because of survival mode. probably you're under unhealthy weight lose diet. 1or 2 weeks let your diet and exercise go.
