@Adeeep All of the cholesterol and fat in eggs is found in the egg yolk. Egg whites, on the other hand, are almost pure protein and contain no fat or cholesterol. So eating egg whites is considered healthier than eating whole eggs. Egg whites are high in protein but low in calories.

You can eat egg yolks also but something so concentrated in fat and cholesterol should be consumed in moderation, so 2 egg yolks per day are good. But again it will depend on what type of diet suits your body and you are willing to follow 😊
