The best way to increase some pounds will be to eat some foods with good amount of Carbs. Foods like oats, rice, corn, sweet potatoes, potatoes etc will eventually help you increase your weight. Moreover, count your calorie intake and increase upto 200 calories from your maintenance calories. Hopefully that will help and all the best.
