No change in weight since 18 may 2021. But I managed to cut 1 inch each from my waist, lower belly and hips.

I have started 21 days Chloe ting weight loss challenge. Let’s see if something changes😜

I’m a bit worried about my lower body fat. I have huuugggeee legs with cellulite. Can someone pls suggest me some exercises for this…

do ....squats, Bulgarian squats , some cardio but if you gonna squat then do with proper intensity and give proper time to heal ..👍 gl

Hi Kritika, see doing something for 21 days and nothing after that will reap you temporary changes. Sure You will loose weight in that 21 days but once you stop and go back to your normal routine, ull start gaining all the weight back. Losing weight is not a crash course of 2-3 weeks but 2-3 months or even more than that. If you want to reduce fat from lower body, just consistently be in a calorie deficit, exercise could help but if your diet is not in check u wont loose weight. You cannot out-squat a bad diet😊

Thanks for the advice @bhautik 🙂. I do regular exercises, but try to incorporate different things here n there to keep me entertained and motivated😁. I have reduced a lot of weight but still my lower body is stubborn😅. So just needed some guidance…

That means you are doing absolutely amazing..and you just need to keep the hustle on..its just the matter of patience and consistency 👏🏻😁
