Not hard and fast rule but for u if goes many days body can go starvation mode and mechanism in place might slowly trigger long term changes I mean how fat will be deposited how hunger will increase etc very complicated interpretations Might decrease muscle mass or property of it. Agression might increase. Spare me now, I m done... Brain in calorie saving mode
