1 cup boiled choley. retain water after boiling. grind to paste. in the mixie now add 2 table spoon Tahini paste, juice of 1 full lemon, salt to taste . grind again till smooth mixture. serve with olives.

if you want to keep for later, then put some olive oil over it (very less) and keep in air tight box. oil will make sure the surface doesn't dry. use extra virgin olive oil as the taste is really good with it, but when not available I've done with normal oil too. serving cold tastes best. serving with olives is optional.
