Take a bowl add 1/2 chopped capsicum, 1/2 chopped carrot, 1/2 chopped tomato, 1/2 chopped cucumber, 2 tb spoons of boiled corn, 2-3 spoons of cooked quinoa, add 2-3 spoons of curd, add some black salt, chaat masala, some roasted sesame seeds, few kismis also 1 spoon tomato sauce mix well and have it.
