Sure my friend. I did Cardio more. 10 min treadmill; 10min cross trainer, 10min cycling. And ate 500 kcal less than my Daily Requirement Calorie. My daily requirement is 1900 kcal. I just monitored my food intake through this app.

are you sure you are eating 1000-1200 calories? i don think you can maintain it for four months

maintain your calories in between atleast 1500 - 1800
and eat more protien and less carbs.. and eat fat also sure you will loose min 5 kg in month

When you increase your calories intake after a week/month on a strict calorie diet , you will usually loose some weight for the first few days because of your fast metabolism and it depend on other factors too.

dude. calorie count is older,, now keto and IF are showing ways for healthy living . much research is being done on these showing positive results. study about them and make ur decision.
lossogn weight is subjective, just check your goals. ypu have that much fat?

Firstly u shouldn't be consuming less than 1200kcal( female) and 1500kcal (male) because it makes you lose your muscles, you will lose weight but ultimately u will make yourself weaker.
you need to burn 500kcal daily to lose 1 pound a week. I weigh 58.5kg.
I have lost 1.5kg weight in 20 days with 1400kcal intake.
I run 1km daily with the speed of 12kmph, walk 3-4km with the speed of 5kmph, play badminton 3-4 times a week for 20m on an average.
I have measuring cups to measure how much i am eating.
Sometimes the scale wont budge but you might be losing your body fat.
Determination is the key to success.
