Just flopping back and forth in the upper 50's. Rather frustrating. I think the activity outside will help. I still do 20 minutes every day on treadmill.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
