Clean Eating diet I am following. where low carb and high protein diet is recommended along with one hour of work out

I am following low carb and calorie counting diet along with fasting one day in a week plus 30 to 40 minuets cardio. Do what suits you best .. fill up your stomach , donot keep it empty otherwise you will crave for junk... but treat your self once you reach certain goal which keeps u motivated for your next level.. for example I treated my self to have gheee rice and biryani once I lost 5kg. All the best ❤️

sk84 also keep check of your daily sodium intake, use less salt . increase potassium intake. take daily multivitamins. increase your protein intake. proteins having complete amino acid profile
