How many calories are you taking daily

1200 with one day fasting.. I try to eat vegan and raw such as fruits

Uday bhai. every one needs different amount of calories either to gain or to loose calculate your BMR( basal metabolic rate) and adjust accordingly

True that subodh but you must try to keep your calorie intake within the line for me it’s 1500 every day however I limit myself to 1200 . It also depend the n your how your body react to you calorie limitations. Such as in starting you might feel hungry so you need the food to fill you completely and also low in calorie such as watermelon.
