Changed my weigh in day to a Tuesday to fit in with my new rota at work, would prefer to weigh myself at the same time each week.

Thrilled that I've been able to enjoy my favourite meals out with the family and not gone up 😄
39.8 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
