Woohoo! Most unexpected as have had friends and family here! I usually put on weight when I've got visitors because we eat out and cook special dinners! At least this gives me a bit of leeway now as I have their last 4 days holiday off work so we will be dining out every night. Then I can get back on it properly next week although shouldn't be going too out of control, I know my healthy choices. If I get to 39 k I think I may reassess my goal, I don't want to get too slim but as I'm so small framed every ounce shows on me.
Bring on my 4 days "stay cation"!
39.5 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
