Wow! FIT IN MY JEANS AGAIN!!!!

With my parents here on holiday for the last four weeks I knew that we would be eating out a lot so was hoping to maintain but never expected to keep losing! Although I ate healthily I've had all of my favourite meals and eaten a lot so I'm very surprised and happy!

This is around about my ideal weight so I am going to stick at what I'm doing for two more weeks to make sure it's a true loss then look at a maintenance programme. However I don't feel like I'm depriving myself at all now. Happy days 😄😄😄
38.7 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
