Ok, so my weight has now been static at exactly 38.65 kilos for four weeks now. Had to test the scales by then holding different weights to check if it moved which it did so at least i know it's accurate. To be honest I'm happy with this weight, I don't want to go too sunny, I have a tiny frame so this weight is good for me but very low for most and it's a fine line. I have lost inches on my waist and thighs which is what I wanted and my IBS has got a lot better. Although I'm eating well though I haven't increased my calories for maintence mode, so wondering if I do that now will I put the weight back on?

you adjust a little each week and monitor your weight. I am doing this myself. I added 100 calories and watched how I did. eating within your woa and slowly increasing your calories week or every other week to slowly gain more calories. after dieting a while your metabolism may take a while before you can get to your full calorie goal. If you are changing your way of eating that can be more complicated.

Thanks Baskington. I have never really changed the way I eat to be honest just started weighing and trying to be mindful when I got to a certain amount because I lack self control, I will keep eating even when I am stuffed, guess I am just greedy! And I dont like waste!!! 😁 you always have good advice, thankyou

it should be an easy adjustment then as long as you stay mindful. I find I totally enjoy the extra calories I do like to eat. I don't every stuff myself but I do enjoy eating!
