Hmm rather baffled with my weight, didnt weigh in last week as I was back in Scotland and so had my first Christmas week in Scotland last week with family and friends before coming back home to Canaries to start the celebrations all over again. Although I stayed within my RDI I seemed to be constantly meeting up for meals so not sure if the calories were logged absolutely correctly and did indulge a bit more than usual! However I am now a kilo under goal weight which is very weird and u expected but gives me some leeway for this week...four meals out planned and work Christmas party, bound to bounce back up again! 🙃
37.3 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
