Haven’t weighed in for a while as won’t be back in Tenerife for a while so weighing on different scales in different conditions. I’ve been back working on the cruise ships last week which makes weighing and logging impossible as no WiFi and eating with the passengers, but I seem to have stayed around the same weight although my stomachs a bit bloated this morning due to a massive tea last night. Depending on further contracts weigh ins might be a bit sporadic!
36.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
