Blood sugar this morning was 139. It was 120 before supper yesterday. Bread seems to make it spike. We'll see what it was at lunch. Lost a pound! Took about a week and half. Lost a pound immediately upon starting diet, but it took another 11 days to lose second pound. Initial weight loss may reflect less intake but not actual loss of stored fat. Perseverance is the key.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
