Different scales, think they may be a couple of kilos out but I’ll be using the same ones next week so will still log to keep track. Haven’t been tracking Ford I’d months as have been away travelling. I’ve eaten extremely well, more than normal but clothes still seem to fit the same so don’t appear to have done too much damage.
34.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
