재택근무 며칠 후 혈압이 살금살금 오르더니 어제 운동 후 다시 100이하로.

After a few days of working from home, blood pressure increased. Having 2hrs walk, bp got reduced to abt 100/77.
59.1 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Daily exercise is vital to keep you healthy. Good for the long walk! As I work at home so much, I make it a point to walk an average of 8000-9000 steps per day.

After 2 hours walk along the beach on Saturday and Sunday, bp went down to 90/70 this morning on Monday. 🚶🏻‍♂️ 🌊 ☀️ Lucky the fried chicken yesterday didn’t make any surprise... 😅🙏 (I will quit)
