I normally write down my plan after I eat breakfast. It really helps to figure ut what I am going to eat and to knowit will keep my calories and carbs down. I am losing very slowly and bouoncing up and down in terms of weiht, but at my ate, 78, I would rather not lose it as fast as my daughter, who is taking off sometimes two pounds a week!u, My weight 178 . yesterday I was 177.2. Blood sugar yesterday 115 and toda 109.
