Sunday, April 19 Actually it's 175.8 but it's the first time I've seen 175 for perhaps 20 years. Feeling better, lighter on my feet.at 4 a.m. my blood sugar was 84, but 113 when i got up, after sleeping late.
Having a little trouble controlling calories because i didnot write them down at breakfast, but i will still come in at under 1000. Having that wonderful chicken vegetable soup for supper really helps. I still a bit full from my late lunch but I 2ILL TRY TO EAT supper before 6. That makes it easier sleeping.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
