LOCKDOWN EFFECT 😂 1.6kg rise in 1.5 months
I have been away from dieting for around 4 months (and heavily eating with no limits for 1.5 months🙊🙈), but one or the other kind of workout, really helped😅.
58.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
